My Yoga Philosophy
I’ve always felt a pull to understand life more deeply. Yoga has been my path home, a practice that connects me physically and spiritually to something greater than myself.
When I step onto my mat, I bring all of me, my fears, doubts, and humanness. With each practice, I feel more rooted in the essence of who I really am. No love or fear is too big for the mat to hold, and when I’m standing on it, I feel I have come home.
Becoming a teacher in 2017 deepened that connection. For me, yoga isn’t about perfection, it’s about remembering who we are, again and again.
Offering: Yoga & Meditation
My Approach - Yoga
I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation since 2009, completed my training with Yoga London in 2017, and completed several additional courses in India.
My classes are grounded, supportive, and accessible, helping you build strength and flexibility while also finding mental clarity and steadiness.
Yoga isn’t just about poses; it’s about reducing the constant fluctuations of the mind so you can feel more present, focused, and at ease in daily life.
Whether you are brand new or experienced, I’ll meet you where you are and help you develop a practice that feels nourishing, sustainable, and deeply connected.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation that takes you into a state between waking and sleeping. In this deeply restful place, your body relaxes fully and your mind becomes calm and receptive.
It gives the nervous system a chance to reset, supports stress release, and can even help rewire old thought patterns. Many people find it to be one of the most restorative and transformative practices they’ve tried.
My Approach - Yoga Nidra
As a trained Yoga Nidra teacher, I guide practices that support deep relaxation, clarity, and inner renewal. Whether on its own or paired with yoga, Yoga Nidra offers a powerful way to restore balance and reconnect with yourself.
