For over a decade, I worked in management consulting within financial services across Australia and the UK, holding senior leadership roles and coaching people through growth, challenge, and change. I saw both the drive of high-performing environments and the quiet exhaustion that often sits beneath the surface.
As a Corporate Wellbeing Lead, I created spaces for more honest conversations through wellbeing initiatives, workshops, and speaker series. This work showed me that sustainable performance comes not from pushing harder, but from remembering the human at the centre of the system.
Today, my approach to corporate wellness bridges organisational demands with genuine care for wellbeing, helping individuals and teams thrive without burning out.

Leadership can be deeply rewarding, and deeply demanding. I work with senior leaders and emerging managers who are navigating change, performance pressure, and decision fatigue, often while holding a lot for others.
My approach to coaching supports leaders to develop emotional intelligence, presence, and confidence, while staying connected to their values. Together, we explore how to lead with clarity and compassion, navigate complex team dynamics, and make decisions from a grounded, regulated place rather than constant urgency.

Mindfulness & Wellbeing Programmes
These programs are designed to meet people where they are, within the realities of modern work. I offer tailored workshops for employees and leadership teams that introduce practical tools for managing stress, preventing burnout, and building everyday resilience.
Sessions may include mindfulness at work, nervous system education, and embodied practices such as gentle yoga and guided deep relaxation, delivered virtually or on site. The focus is always on integration, tools people can actually use in the middle of a busy workday.

Mental Health & Emotional Resilience
Workplaces are made up of human beings, and emotional wellbeing matters. I offer private or group support spaces for individuals navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and sustained workplace pressure.
This support focuses on strengthening emotional resilience, reconnecting with purpose, and creating a sense of inner steadiness during challenging periods. The work is compassionate, practical, and grounded, supporting people to feel more resourced rather than fixed or pushed.
Sometimes what’s needed most is space to pause, be heard, and reset.
